Welcome to The Construction Hub. By accessing or using our website at theconstructionhub.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About the Platform

The Construction Hub is an online directory that connects users with construction service providers (vendors) across India. We provide a listing and discovery platform — we are not a party to any transaction or agreement between users and vendors.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a vendor or submit reviews on this platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Vendor Accounts

Vendors can register for free to list their construction services on our platform.
All vendor registrations are subject to admin review and approval before going live.
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about their business, services, experience, and qualifications.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any vendor listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Vendors must not impersonate other businesses or individuals.

4. Marketing Credits Program

Grow. Earn. Promote. The Marketing Credits Program lets construction professionals grow their business without spending money on advertising. When you introduce a genuine construction business to The Construction Hub, you earn Marketing Credits, which can be redeemed for promotional opportunities across the platform instead of paying for ads.

4.1 How it works

Share your unique referral code with another construction business.
When the referred vendor successfully registers and receives admin approval, you earn 100 Marketing Credits.
Your Marketing Credits are added to your Marketing Wallet.
Redeem your credits for promotional opportunities across The Construction Hub.

4.2 Program rules

Only verified vendors may participate in the Marketing Credits Program.
A referral becomes eligible only after the referred vendor is approved by The Construction Hub admin.
Each successful referral earns 100 Marketing Credits.
A vendor may earn a maximum of 2,000 Marketing Credits per month.
Marketing Credits never expire.
Marketing Credits cannot be transferred to another vendor.
Marketing Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Marketing Credits cannot be purchased — they can only be earned through successful referrals.
Marketing Credits are intended exclusively for promotional services within The Construction Hub.

4.3 How Marketing Credits can be used

Credits may be redeemed to increase your business visibility through promotional opportunities such as:

Featured Vendor Listing — appear above regular vendors in search results.
Category Banner Promotion — promote your business within your selected business category.
City-Based Banner Advertising — show your banner in selected cities. Available regions may include a single city, 4 cities, 5 cities, 10 cities, 15 cities, state-wide promotion (subject to availability), and national promotion (a future feature).
Premium Search Visibility — improve your chances of being discovered by buyers searching for your services.
Featured Campaigns — take part in seasonal and special promotional campaigns organised by The Construction Hub.

Additional promotional options may be introduced as the platform grows.

4.4 Marketing Levels

Lifetime credits earned determine your Marketing Level. Levels are a form of recognition only — they do not grant additional credits.

4.5 Fair usage

All referrals are verified by our admin team.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-created accounts will not qualify for Marketing Credits.
Promotional placements are subject to availability, and premium advertising locations may have limited slots in order to maintain visibility for participating vendors.
The Construction Hub reserves the right to review or reject any referral that does not meet our quality standards, and to amend or discontinue the programme at any time.

How do I earn Marketing Credits?: Refer a construction business using your referral code. Once that business is approved by our admin team, you receive 100 Marketing Credits.
Do Marketing Credits expire?: No. Earned credits remain available until you choose to redeem them.
Can I convert Marketing Credits into cash?: No. Credits are exclusively for promotional services within The Construction Hub.
Can I transfer my credits to another vendor?: No. Credits remain linked to the account that earned them.
Is there a monthly earning limit?: Yes. A vendor can earn up to 2,000 Marketing Credits per month.
Can I purchase Marketing Credits?: No. Credits can only be earned through successful referrals.

5. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

Submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews.
Spam vendors with irrelevant or abusive messages.
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform for commercial purposes without permission.
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Submit multiple fake reviews for the same vendor using different identities.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews submitted by users represent their personal experience and opinions.
We do not verify the accuracy of reviews but reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.
Vendors may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
Users are required to provide a valid phone number when submitting reviews, which is used solely for preventing duplicate or fraudulent submissions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Construction Hub brand, logo, design, and website content are our intellectual property.
Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded images and business content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on our platform.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Construction Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

The quality, reliability, or competence of any listed vendor.
The accuracy of vendor-provided information (pricing, experience, certifications).
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
That the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Users should independently verify vendor credentials, licenses, and references before engaging their services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Construction Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the platform.
Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a vendor.
Inaccurate information provided by vendors.
Unauthorized access to your data.

10. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content on the platform, including vendor listings, reviews, and user-submitted data, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe it violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

11. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
